$4,000 FULL VENUE RENTAL
12 Hour Access to the Garfield Park Auditorium Ceremony and Reception Hall (Occupancy 200)
- 3 Hour Rehearsal Space the Week of Your Wedding
- Friday events - Wednesday rehearsal 6pm-9pm
- Saturday events - Thursday rehearsal 6pm-9pm
- Bride and Groom Dressing Areas
- Completely separate areas on two different floors
- Complimentary drink stations with soda, water, and coffee
- "Day Of" Coordinator
- Coordinates with Facilities Director, Production Director and Officiant
- Oversees and assists in coordinating the rehearsal and wedding ceremony
- Provides assistance in executing the agreed upon timeline provided by clients
- Assists in ceremony set-up and coordinates tear down
- NOTE: Client handles vendor contacts and details leading up to the wedding day. Coordinator handles vedors "day-of."
- Officiant and Counseling
- Four (4) one-hour pre-marital counseling with a SYMBIS Assessment (required and included in cost)
- Mailing of the marriage license
- Orchestrate the rehearsal and wedding

- Provides assistance with the built-in audio, lighting, and visual systems for the ceremony/reception
