Campus Ministry Coordinator - Banta Campus

Summary of Role

Create, maintain and improve the experience for Emmanuel guests and Impact Team members through recruitment, support and the facilitation of engaging environments at the campus.

Summary of Essential Functions

· Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with campus pastor and children and students pastor

· Manage Impact Team members for each ministry, and serve as lead staff for Impact Team in those areas during weekend experience

· Recruit and onboard new Impact Team members for each ministry at the Banta Campus

· Schedule, follow up and confirm Impact Team members using church scheduling software

· Oversee assigned Impact Team operations during weekend services (Sunday, 8:00am-1:00pm)

· Monitor and evaluate Impact Team processes and provide feedback/changes under the direction of the campus pastor

· Support the campus pastor during pre-service huddles and Impact Team Nights

· Foster and champion a healthy staff culture by adhering to Emmanuel staff values and through a growing personal relationship with Christ

Summary of Secondary Functions

· Work with Impact Team Director to create and execute volunteer appreciation projects

· Stock and set up eCafe space on a weekly basis

· Keep record of, and order, eCafe supplies as needed

· Assure eCafe and assigned environments are set prior to Sunday services

· Assure clean environment in the auditorium between Sunday services

· Provide appropriate snacks and refreshments for Impact Team areas in building
